WATERSPORTS
West Wales Watersports, one of the UK's premier watersports centres, is based at Dale and is a fully accredited RYA training centre with highly qualified and experienced instructors. There are a range of courses on offer to cater for all ages and abilities from beginners to experienced sailors. Teaching takes place in the mile wide bay at Dale and at our Surf School in Newgale. Dale bay is recognised as one of the safest Watersports locations in the UK.
Courses are available for both experts and novices. Tuition is offered in Sailing, Windsurfing, Surfing, Kayaking and Powerboating with hire facilities for Sailing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Kayaking.
There is a waterside cafe within the Centre which is wetsuit friendly and offers traditional food and basic groceries and is open March to September 9.00am to 5.00pm 7 days a week. The Griffin Inn serves evening meals and traditional Ales.
THE PEMBROKESHIRE ISLANDS
Dale Sea Safari and the Dale Princess offer trips to the islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm and are run from both Dale and the nearby village of Marloes.
